Noremac AI collects only what you send us through the contact form or the chat on this site, uses it only to answer you, keeps it for twenty-four months, and does not run analytics, advertising trackers or any cookie beyond what the page needs to work.
Short, because we collect very little. This covers the noremacai.com website. Conversations with an agent deployed on a client's own site are covered by that client's privacy notice and by our agreement with them.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it to build an advertising profile. And we do not use anything you send us to train an AI model.
Two things are loaded from outside this site, and we would rather name them than let "no third parties" stand as a half-truth. The typefaces come from Adobe Fonts, which counts page views for licensing purposes. The booking calendar and the chat are served by GoHighLevel. Neither sets an advertising cookie, and neither is used to profile you.
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, to hold a meeting you booked, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to be on.
Two providers handle it on our behalf. GoHighLevel operates our CRM, the chat on this site and our booking calendar. Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps the server logs. Both are bound to use the information only to provide those services.
Where data is processed outside Canada, that is stated in the agreement before you sign, along with the current list of providers.
We keep what you send for twenty-four months, which covers a sales cycle and a follow-up, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Under Canadian federal privacy law and Alberta's own legislation you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Email tim@noremacai.com and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
If we change this page we will change the date at the top of it.
