What it costs

Three ways in. Annual agreements.

Noremac AI is sold on annual agreements at $1,250, $1,850 or $2,500 a month, with a one-time installation of $5,000 to $15,000 set by the condition of the document corpus.

Installation covers corpus ingestion and the evaluation, which is the actual work. It is invoiced in two halves, the first at signing and the second when the agent passes your gate, and priced on how clean your corpus is, not on how many pages it has.

What moves installation within the band

Not page count. Clean on all five keeps you at the bottom of the band. Messy on three or more moves you to the top. We show you this at intake, so the number is never a surprise.

  1. Native PDFs or scans. Scans need OCR and every citation re-verified.
  2. How many distinct product systems. Each needs its own evaluation questions and boundaries.
  3. Regional or language variants. A Canadian limit must never be mixed with a US one.
  4. Superseded documents still in circulation. Found and excluded by hand.
  5. How your library is published. A single documents index is quick; PDFs scattered across product pages, or sitting behind a form, are not.
Add-ons
Add-onMonthlyInstallationWhat it is
Content $750 to $1,500 Technical bulletins, FAQ pages and installer notes written from the questions your documents could not answer.
Internal seat $600 to $1,000 $1,500 to $3,000 The same corpus on an internal channel for your reps and technical staff, with their own usage logged separately from the public one.
Dealer network $750 to $1,500 $2,500 to $5,000 Deployment into your distribution, with every enquiry tagged by origin and routed by agreement.

The quarterly insights report is the part clients renew on: question volume, what was deflected, contacts captured by origin, and the refusal list ranked by how often each gap was hit. That list is a content roadmap your market wrote for you.

Fit

Worth a conversation, and worth saying when it isn't.

This is for you if

  • You publish real technical literature: data sheets, bulletins, installation guides, evaluation reports.
  • Your products are specified by architects and engineers, or installed by trained installers.
  • Someone inside your company is absorbing the same forty questions every week, and that person is expensive.
  • Reading a detail wrong has a consequence that lands on somebody.

It isn't, if

  • Your products have no published technical documentation. There is nothing to ground it in.
  • You want it to interpret building code, approve an assembly, or give an engineering opinion. It will refuse all three.
  • You want it to compare your products to a competitor's. It will not.
  • You want an AI project. This solves one problem and is priced against that problem.
Next step

Bring your hardest question.

Twenty minutes about how technical questions reach you today. If it fits, the next step is a working agent built on your own published documents, so you are evaluating your products rather than a demo.

What the call is
Twenty minutes. Phone or video, your choice.
Five questions, all about how questions reach your team now.
No deck. If it fits, you get a working agent on your own documents. If it does not, we say so.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Three tiers on annual agreements: Reference at $1,250 a month, Hotline at $1,850, and Premium at $2,500, plus a one-time installation between $5,000 and $15,000.

What does installation cover?

Corpus ingestion and the evaluation, which is the actual work. It is priced on how clean the corpus is rather than on how many pages it contains.

What do you need from us?

Your published technical documentation and the right to use it, a named person who owns the evaluation, somewhere for refusals to go, and participation in your own evaluation.
