About

Built by someone who spent twenty-five years on the other side of this problem.

Noremac AI Corporation is a Calgary company founded by Tim Cameron after nearly twenty-five years on the manufacturer side of building materials.

Noremac AI Corporation was founded by Tim Cameron, who has spent nearly twenty-five years on the manufacturer side of building materials, essentially all of it in building envelope, across Western Canada.

The problems this product addresses are not market research. The technical line that never stops ringing, the specification lost without a trace, the phone answer that left no record, and the general assistant already answering for you out of a ten-year-old bulletin are all things seen from inside a manufacturer rather than read about.

That is also why the boundary sits where it does. An agent that interprets code or offers an engineering opinion is not a more capable product. It is a liability a technical department cannot sign off on. The version worth building is the one that stops.

The obvious question

It is one person. That cuts both ways.

Worth raising before you do, because it is the first thing a technical department asks and it deserves a straight answer rather than a page that avoids it.

What you get is that the person who built the refusal logic is the person who answers the phone. There is no account manager between you and the decision, no ticket queue, and no version of "I'll have to check with engineering." When you ask why it refused a particular question, the answer comes from whoever wrote the code that refused it.

What you take on is a single point of failure. Your documents stay yours, the question log stays yours, and the corpus is a set of files you already own, so nothing is stranded if this company stops existing — but the agent itself would stop being maintained. That is a real risk on an annual agreement and it should be priced into how you think about the first term rather than discovered later.

The honest position today is that there is no signed customer and no named public reference. One manufacturer is evaluating it on their own documents. Early customers get the attention that comes with being early, and they also carry the exposure that comes with it.

Next step

Bring your hardest question.

Twenty minutes about how technical questions reach you today. If it fits, the next step is a working agent built on your own published documents, so you are evaluating your products rather than a demo.

What the call is
Twenty minutes. Phone or video, your choice.
Five questions, all about how questions reach your team now.
No deck. If it fits, you get a working agent on your own documents. If it does not, we say so.
